Job Description

The job role is patient facing, answering all queries from patients and third parties. We work across a number of IT systems and telephone skills are required for this role. Booking appointments, sorting prescriptions, checking lists and contacting patients is a large part of this role with the addition of admin work such as registration forms and the day to day running of the Reception area.
