Job Description

RCS Global seeks a full-time EU-based Auditor with at least 3 years auditing experience to support our global audit services, with a focus on the greater-EU region. The position is an excellent opportunity for an assertive, driven, self-starter who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. At minimum, the Auditor will be expected to:

• Conduct traceability/chain-of-custody/minerals due diligence audits for upstream to downstream suppliers in minerals supply chain against the OECD Due Diligence Guidance;
• Conduct assessments for responsible sourcing industry associations including: Responsible Mineral Initiative’s Responsible Mineral Assurance Program (RMI RMAP), Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and London Platinum and Palladium Market (LPPM) audits, among others
• Complete high-quality audit reporting with clear and concise audit findings, observations and supporting evidence;
• Review Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and provide guidance for improvements;
• Support client conference calls as needed;

3. Key Qualifications

The auditor should be a self-starter and highly independent, with ability to self-direct while meeting tight deadlines.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Environmental / Health & Safety/Labor/HR related fields preferred) Have expertise and certifications in social compliance / OHS / Quality / Management Systems / Traceability audit. (RMAP, LBMA, RJC audit expertise and/or RBA/RMAP Approved Auditor preferred) Good knowledge of audit methodology and audit standards. Good knowledge and understanding of UN, ILO Conventions, OECD Due Diligence Guidance, relevant local laws and regulations Detail Oriented; strong analytical and problem-solving capability Have conducted minimum 200 audits as a lead auditor; Ability to travel frequently within European countries, as well as willingness to travel to international locations on average once every 2 months Ability to work remotely and independently and have strong work ethics to get the job done in a time-sensitive nature; Good communication skills and interaction with team members; Strong technical capacities and proven ability to learn quickly Fluent in both written and spoken English (required). Additional languages such as French are a bonus
