A brief job description is given below:
- Providing general day to day administration support for the office including:
- Handling telephone calls
- Dealing with clients face to face including reception duties
- Handling incoming/outgoing post
- Handling cash and other payments from clients
- Posting receipts onto our accounting system
- Various other administrative duties as required including archiving, photocopying, stationery orders, payment of invoices etc
- Maintaining our client database
