Job Description

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to work at our office. If you have excellent organizational skills, enjoy meeting people and work well as part of a team then this could be the job for you.

A brief job description is given below:

  • Providing general day to day administration support for the office including:
  • Handling telephone calls
  • Dealing with clients face to face including reception duties
  • Handling incoming/outgoing post
  • Handling cash and other payments from clients
  • Posting receipts onto our accounting system
  • Various other administrative duties as required including archiving, photocopying, stationery orders, payment of invoices etc
  • Maintaining our client database
