Duties will also include handling prescription requests and queries, managing documents via post and electronic sources and communication with the broader health care team. After full training you may also be required to perform administrative duties required by the practice. Full support and training will be provided.
We have a history of developing our team to expand their skillset beyond traditional reception roles and those interested in further career progression will be supported to achieve this.
The successful applicant/s will have excellent people skills and telephone manner and will project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors either in person or via the telephone. Good computer skills are essential and experience of working in a GP practice will be advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate will undertake a number of reception and administration duties at the practice and will be expected to follow practice policies and procedures.
