You will be the first point of contact for all visitors/clients and guests, ensuring that all clients are booked in correctly while giving great customer service and answering incoming calls. In addition to this you will assist other members of staff and management with administrative tasks as and when required. You will have excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and with the general public. Full Training will also be given on our systems
You must be capable of multi-tasking and a strong team player, willing to lend assistance wherever needed and a proven ability to work under pressure within a fashionable and creative environment. You will have previous experience in a customer facing role and a passion for client service. Booking appointments, creating bills, retail sales and cashing up, you will play a key part in the smooth running of Reception
