Job Description

To succeed in this role, you will be an excellent communicator and be willing to work with the general public on a daily basis. Duties will include.

  • Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude ensuring they adhere to safety protocols (wearing masks, etc.)
  • Check identification and take responsibility for ensuring screening forms are completed and stored confidentially and in an organized manner
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with client queries
  • Obtain oropharyngeal (swab from the throat) swabs from persons attending the clinic and complete administration during the testing process e.g., confirm patient name & contact details; label tubes, package swab tubes, etc.

Full training will be provided.

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 1 year experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • 1 year experience of administrative duties - with a particular focus on attention to detail
  • An awareness of and commitment to all health and safety procedures
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience of working in a role where hygiene standards and HSE protocols were maintained
  • Medical experience as a phlebotomist/CNA/Medical Assistant or EMT
