Job Description

You'll be enthusiastic and motivated and with a background in reservations or administration within a travel company. The role's priority is to support the sales team's and MD with bookings, amendments and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for bookings generated by the sales team and MD.
  • Assist the sales team with the preparation of itineraries.
  • Manage client customer service calls
  • Check confirmations from suppliers to ensure booking and confirmation matches.
  • Act as the quality control point prior to documentation dispatch
  • Take responsibility for problem solving in a professional and diplomatic manner to maintain customer service levels.
  • To maintain an excellent working relationship with all our suppliers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in travel is essential
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and prioritization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Numerate and experience of Excel
  • Must have a flexible approach and be able to work on their own initiative.
