Job Description
  • Reception duties, answering the phones, answering customer queries
  • Dealing with returns
  • Setting up showrooms before and after meeting
  • Booking in collections
  • Confirming deliveries
  • Ordering stationary and furniture
  • Liaising with different departments
  • Dealing with staff correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Using a range of software including email, spreadsheets and databases

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The suitable candidate will have a confident personality as you will be working on a busy Reception area.
