Job Description

This is a permanent position with great benefits and incentives.

Duties

  • Welcoming guests, booking them in and out and giving the best service possible
  • Assigning passes
  • Liaising with the Facilities coordinator as well as all contractors on site
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Creating passed for newly joined staff
  • In charge of the meeting room booking system, liaising with food suppliers for events etc.
