Job Description
- Welcoming guests, booking them in and out and giving the best service possible
- Assigning passes
- Liaising with the Facilities coordinator as well as all contractors on site
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Creating passed for newly joined staff
- In charge of the meeting room booking system, liaising with food suppliers for events etc.
