Job Description

Provide efficient, responsive and effective administrative and business support to the Commercial & Ticketing departments.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • General administration duties including photocopying, scanning and filing.
  • Reception cover including greeting visitors and guests.
  • Document control
  • Dealing with internal and external mail
  • Compiling and maintaining records and business transactions.
  • Answering customer queries with excellent customer service skills and in a timely manner
  • Providing business support for the operations side of the business.

Reporting:

This role will report directly to the Head of Commercial & Ticketing.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have a minimum of a years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Have experience working within a complex business environment.
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
