Job Description
The team are the first people residents will see when they return home and the last on their way out for the day. It is key that a successful candidate understands the importance of the impact consistent, great hospitality can make.
You’ll be expected to, amongst other elements of the role;
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and hospitality; offering assistance to residents, handling queries and complaints as well as day to day requirements such as parcel collection and maintenance queries.
- Screen, authorize and welcome visitors, guests and manage contractor access.
- Oversee car parking facilities ensuring all users are authorized.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the condition and security of the building is at a 5*level e.g. cleanliness, tidiness, internal/external lighting and other building equipment
- Be responsible for resolving any issues as quickly as possible, liaising with management and the on and off site maintenance team.
- Responsibility for all deliveries to the main office, receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail.
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
