Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individual to join us. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive environment within a well-established team. The post is for 37.5 hours per week (Monday- Friday) with flexibility to work hours that suit you. The post-holder will be predominantly home based. There will be occasional travel to other sites.

A thorough understanding of administration key tasks is required and ideally, (but not essential) experience of healthcare environments

Key Accountabilities of the role include:

  • Maintenance and management of records and databases
  • Supporting the Specialist health care planning team with the administration of projects and panels
  • Preparation of agendas, taking and distribution of minutes of key meetings and taking appropriate follow-up actions as required
  • Gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when necessary
  • Support the Learning Team with the administration, management and reporting of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when necessary;
  • Maintenance and management of records and databases
