Job Description
  • Produce and analyze weekly trade reports.
  • Identify and analyze bestselling and underperforming lines and present findings to Buyer
  • Conduct detailed ad-hoc analysis as required
  • Constant site monitoring of how products are presented, any inaccuracies in price or information
  • Update vendor packs and provide seasonal analysis for buying trips as directed
  • Run weekly sales reports to file and send out to the brands where relevant
  • Assist the retail team with any payment related issues to ensure invoices are paid within the specified timeframe
  • Record and feedback to wider team details of competitor activity
  • Supporting Junior Buyer & Buyer with proactive continuous global product sourcing
  • Order Administration; analyzing stock packages, data manipulation, buy sheet administration, partnering with Retail Team on order confirmations and revising accordingly.
  • Order Upload & maintenance. Order log maintenance.
  • Complete Upload Pricing reviews
  • Review and present delivery forecasts, to Junior Buyer, in conjunction with Retail Coordinator reviewing risks and opportunities – developing understanding of impacts of forecasting on trading and upload.
  • Management of Vendor Terms Directory & New Supplier set up, in conjunction with Retail Coordinator
  • Constant Vendor communication and resolution of any queries from designers and suppliers in a timely manner
  • Maintain and develop excellent vendor relationships

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Numerate with strong analytical and computer literacy
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Strong administrative experience gained in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working alongside or supporting buying, merchandising or retail operations teams
  • Strong eye for detail and organizational skills and strives for a high level of accuracy
  • Proactive and able to work with stringent deadlines
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
  • Professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Great attitude and sense personal style
  • Off-Price experience will be an advantage
