Job Description

The role will consist of:

  • Assisting in the admin of the clinics and the practice.
  • Answering the telephone and booking appointments.
  • Dealing with patients both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Diary management.
  • In time, carrying out some clinical tests on patients when needed (pre-screening)
  • All training will be provided.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Computer literate for use of additional software used in the practice.
  • Confident conversing with patients face to face and over the telephone.
  • Ability and confidence to apply problem solving skills using their own initiative.
  • Keen to learn new skills.
  • Experience of working with the general public.
  • Friendly, caring, fun personality.
  • Be able to work Saturdays (2 in 4).
