Job Description

You will provide the following support to the team:

  • Reception duties – handle incoming telephone calls, welcome all patients and visitors, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
  • Locating, retrieving, and tracking case notes.
  • Complete filing.
  • Accurate and timely data input to relevant IT systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good standard of general education.
  • Experience of working in a busy and customer facing environment. 
  • Enjoys working with the public.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent team working skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Able to use own initiative, positive and proactive.
  • Mature, flexible, and tactful.
  • System knowledge – PAS (desirable)
