Job Description
  • Providing excellent service standards to our guests both face to face and over the phone
  • Responding to emails and reviews
  • Processing payments and auditing
  • Hourly security audits of the building
  • Processing hotel bookings
  • Call handling
  • Dealing with guest complaints and queries
  • General administration duties

The shifts are 5 days per week, the days vary week on week so the ideal candidate must be flexible. The shift times are 11 pm - 7 am.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
