Job Description
- Providing excellent service standards to our guests both face to face and over the phone
- Responding to emails and reviews
- Processing payments and auditing
- Hourly security audits of the building
- Processing hotel bookings
- Call handling
- Dealing with guest complaints and queries
- General administration duties
The shifts are 5 days per week, the days vary week on week so the ideal candidate must be flexible. The shift times are 11 pm - 7 am.
