Job Description

We are looking for an office administrator to compliment the day to day duties of all admin work within the company.

  • Dealing with client queries and any problems that arise
  • Providing administrative support to the practice manager and senior accountant.
  • Liaising with clients for paperwork collection
  • Handling of sensitive paperwork.
  • Managing the in house archive.
  • Assisting the accounts team with any administrative tasks.
  • Diary management.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM.
  • Reception cover.

This is varied role, no two days are the same. It will include liaising with clients to dealing with HMRC. The person will need to be flexible and innovative when dealing with daily tasks.
