Your new role
Working within the construction and property sector and reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will undertake a range of duties and look after your own portfolio of clients. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to;

• High volume reconciliations
• Liaison with your client portfolio on a daily basis
• Understanding & implementing client reporting needs
• Updating client database
• Prepayments and accruals
• Processing service charge
• Month end and Year end duties
• Complex invoicing tasks & dealing with escalated AP and AR tasks
• Handling queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience of processing service charges is essential and therefore the successful candidate will be from a construction & property background/have had exposure to this industry. You will work across a range of IT packages, including bespoke construction & property software, therefore applicants must be IT literate. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential as you will liaise with your portfolio of clients and various internal colleagues on a day-to-day basis via telephone, email and video call.
