Job Description

This is key role within the service team, and a fantastic and exciting opportunity to be part of a prestige dealership and start your career. This role is a full time permanent position working on a Monday to Friday basis.

This role would be a great opportunity for you if you enjoy working with customers, supporting and working with in a team, self-managing your own workload and time, enjoy organization and working with a high attention to detail in an administration function.

What will I do on a daily basis?

  • Take incoming telephone queries, make and take customer bookings.
  • Ensuring customers are kept up to date throughout the time their vehicle is with us.
  • Meet and greet the customers and support the Service Team where necessary.
  • Create invoices and job cards and ensure the bookings diary is up to date.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking to speak to you if you have had previous demonstrable experience within a customer interaction role, where you have been self-managing your own workload and ideally with some administration or bookings experience.
