- Plan and organize your own workload to meet objective
- Accurately process data
- Liaise with managers, colleagues and other key stakeholders effectively
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Work accurately and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
- Support the operations team with a wide range of routine and ad-hoc administrative activities
- Scheduling works within our field operations.
- Generate technician instructions and supporting paperwork
- Assist with scheduling vehicle service and repair.
- Assist with general check sheets
- Regular communication with customers and technicians

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work alone and as part of a team. Communicative, organized, flexible and committed and you must have a can-do attitude. You must also have:

- The ability to work accurately and efficiently
