Job Description
  • Plan and organize your own workload to meet objective
  • Accurately process data
  • Liaise with managers, colleagues and other key stakeholders effectively
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work accurately and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support the operations team with a wide range of routine and ad-hoc administrative activities
  • Scheduling works within our field operations.
  • Generate technician instructions and supporting paperwork
  • Assist with scheduling vehicle service and repair.
  • Assist with general check sheets
  • Regular communication with customers and technicians

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We’re looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work alone and as part of a team. Communicative, organized, flexible and committed and you must have a can-do attitude. You must also have:

  • Reliable
  • Team player
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • The ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • This doesn’t read right, perhaps ‘Ability to organize workloads and priorities these effectively
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels using a range of methods including email, telephone and face to face
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy
