Job Description

You will have great interpersonal skills as you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all customers. You will be managing various customers at any one time and ensuring each customer has a positive experience and enjoyable experience.

This role would be ideal for someone with a strong Customer Service background who enjoys giving exceptional service on a daily basis.

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Can handle a busy workload and deliver on promises
  • Understand the customer journey and deliver the best service possible
  • Take great care and pride in your work
  • Be confident with customers face to face and over the phone
  • Work efficiently under pressure
  • Be able to work in a cross functional team
