Job Description

You will be driven, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working for a fast paced organization. You will oversee and manage all aspects of inbound and outbound payments. Key responsibilities include

  • Booking of incoming funds
  • Releasing of outbound payments
  • Handling payment queries
  • Managing trade reconciliations
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
  • Liaising with clients (both internal and external) to resolve any queries raised in a timely manner
  • Identifying system and process improvements and raising these for consideration Requirement
  • Experience in financial services (brokerage or payments) preferred
  • Strong time management skills
  • Methodical and numerate, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to both support and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • You must be diligent, proactive and committed
  • You must have the ability to adapt to new challenges and thrive outside of your comfort zones
  • You must be a team player
