Job Description
You will be driven, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working for a fast paced organization. You will oversee and manage all aspects of inbound and outbound payments. Key responsibilities include
- Booking of incoming funds
- Releasing of outbound payments
- Handling payment queries
- Managing trade reconciliations
- Bank account reconciliation
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
- Liaising with clients (both internal and external) to resolve any queries raised in a timely manner
- Identifying system and process improvements and raising these for consideration Requirement
- Experience in financial services (brokerage or payments) preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Methodical and numerate, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to both support and influence internal and external stakeholders
- You must be diligent, proactive and committed
- You must have the ability to adapt to new challenges and thrive outside of your comfort zones
- You must be a team player
