Job Description
- Keeping information within the Adult’s Data Systems up to date
- Producing letters, reports and spreadsheets using applications such as Word & Excel
- Answering, filtering and responding to all calls and messages to priorities urgent requests or queries
- Maintaining both paper and electronic files to ensure confidential and sensitive files are stored correctly
- Assist the Financial Management Officer in managing each individual service user’s financial affairs to ensure that all invoices received are relevant, accurate and paid within specified time scales.
- To administer weekly personal allowances for community based service users, including ordering cash from cash office/post office for each individual
- Maintain chequebooks, cash and receipt books and handle the cash handover to service users and careers
- Processing supplier invoices within timescales and maintaining records sufficiently
