Job Description

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated administrator/receptionist with strong organizational and communication skills to join our team. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors so a professional approach and excellent customer service are essential for this role. The person appointed will also provide routine general clerical and administrative support to the school.

Whilst relevant experience or skills will be an advantage, the ability to work as part of a wider team and learn new skills is crucial. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to use a range of technology, have good ICT skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake first aid training. Level 2 qualification in English and Math or equivalent is essential.
