Job Description

You will perform relevant and timely analysis of data within management reports, ensuring that the information is correct and consistent across countries and functions. You will have responsibility for the retail sales reporting for the business, both on a weekly and monthly basis as well as the lead for retail sales and turnover forecasting, focused on the market and channel sales performance and key drivers.

• Consolidation and reporting of retail sales and store numbers
• Analysis and review of the Retail Sales to provide commentary and slides for inclusion in the monthly Finance Pack
• Creation of market and channel P&Ls, required for monthly validations and used to gain insight into the results and variances to forecast
• Monthly / ad-hoc sales analysis by market and channel, using specific KPIs to track performance
• Management of the monthly global sales forecast, and turnover flash report giving the business first indication of the results
• Leading the budget process for collation of retail sales.
• Working with country finance teams and IT to ensure accurate data flow and timeliness of reports
• Assisting with financial and internal audits
• Involved in set-up of new business acquisitions and system testin

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This position would suit an individual who enjoys being part of a team; proficient in manipulating large data sets with a keen eye for detail; ability to work under tight time frames and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders across the globe.

Dependent on the candidate, the role would suit either a part-qualified accountant or someone at the beginning of their studies.
