Job Description

This role as a Senior Finance Officer will focus on supporting the organization to clear a backlog of work caused by the transitioning period onto a new finance system. This role is part time (3 Days a Week ) on a 3 Month Contract
Role responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping responsibilities to support the update of financial ledgers
  • Reconcile key control accounts such as Cashbook, Sales & Purchase Control
  • Assist with some year-end reconciliations
  • Assist with Fixed Assets clean up in preparation for migration
  • Assist with Archiving & filing
  • Assist / support finance team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideally Part-qualified accountant.
  • Strong bookkeeping skills to support the update of financial ledgers.
  • Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience preferred if not experience of various accounting systems.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge.
