Job Description
You will provide an efficient, comprehensive and confidential support to the Head teacher and the Home Tuition Leads to support the aims and ethos of company. You will need to work sensitively and positively with staff, parents/careers, students and key stakeholders and carry out such other associated duties as are reasonably assigned by the Head teacher.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Our ideal candidate might not have experience in education but will possess excellent administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills. You must demonstrate the ability to work accurately with attention to detail, maintain confidentiality and keep a calm approach. Experience of working in a school is desirable, but not essential.
