Your work will include organizing and clerking Boards of Examiners, organizing and clerking programme committees, arranging the production of exam papers and programme and module documentation. You will be required to ensure University regulations are adhered to.
You will be responsible for student records primarily in the portfolio of programmes allocated. You will ensure accurate and timely completion of student records administration in full compliance with external regulatory and University requirements. You will also be proactive in the Hub teams, working together to organize the activities.
Your work will include finding, organizing and scheduling student placements for students in the specific academic Schools. As such, this role will be working alongside students and academic staff, as well as appropriate external employers and private voluntary organizations.
You will have proven administrative experience, good organizational and IT skills, and the ability to use initiative and a flexible approach in delivering to deadline. You will need to bring a willingness to be flexible in time and in workload to support effective team working and to facilitate seamless customer service to our academic colleagues. The roles require accuracy, attention to detail, and you will have excellent communications skills in working effectively with key individuals. You will be educated with a minimum of A-levels or equivalent level qualifications, or proven professional work experience.
