Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to embark on a career in HR and wants exposure to working within a multi-functional HR environment where they can gain the knowledge and experience to develop and progress.

The post holder will be working alongside two other Administrators and will report to an HR Consultant. This is a varied role, where no two days are the same. You will be primarily supporting HR Consultants and colleagues with change management and employee relations processes, where you will produce and manage a range of data and documentation for supporting the implementation of change projects and make arrangements for formal meetings such as disciplinary hearings and absence review meetings.

You will be responsible for changes to contracts of employment, and pay changes, therefore you will need to be well organized with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to confidently utilize HR systems and have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel is required.

You will monitor and respond to all customer queries received into the teams designated mailboxes to support customers with their requests, and if appropriate triage to the relevant person or team.

A flexible and customer focused attitude is required, in addition to strong team working to support complex and heavy workloads to meet deadlines.
