Producing full management accounts for the UK division
Cash flow forecasting and intercompany reconciliations
Monthly journal preparation and postings - reporting to group
KPI reporting, balance sheet reconciliations
Preparing yearly audit file and annual budgets
Quarterly VAT returns, EEC sales report, half year end reporting
Reviewing and authorising overheads, processing supplier invoices and highlighting discrepancies
Reviewing purchase ledger, aged debt and cash flow
Payroll preparation
Assisting with ad-hoc HR duties including holiday forms, new starters and sending out relevant documents when required
Assisting Managing Director with group reporting and consolidation
Experience:
Qualified or part-qualified Accountant
Experience working within an SME with ideally large group exposure
Proactive and experience working as number 1 in finance
