You’ll be surrounded by a team of passionate and dedicated hospitality Partners to give our guests the best experience whether they are with us for the day or a longer stay. You’ll be part of the essential back of house team of the hotel offering high quality service through efficient and accurate administration of financial functions, recruitment & membership. The main focus of the role will be financial admin such as completion of daily cashiering and adhering to correct cash handling procedures, processing financial invoices for all departments within the hotel and golf club & creating and managing purchase orders.
The will be other admin responsibilities relating to the general hotel administration, membership and reservations as required so excellent customer service and facing skills will be required.
The role will require collaboration with other areas of the hotel, allowing you a chance to communicate and work with other Partners and develop your skills.
The role will offer you opportunities to display your talent, people management skills and knowledge of working as part of a successful team.
