Job Description

You’ll be responsible for providing admin support to the wider team, managing emails and phone calls and providing a seamless customer service experience. You’ll be customer and client facing and will respond to requests so having excellent customer service and communication skills is key. As you’ll be dealing with sensitive information at times you must have excellent attention to detail as well as be able to always maintain professional standards of confidentiality.
