You'll be working with staff from within your team, the wider Relationships pod, and all other areas to focus on getting the right solution first time for our customers, booking in repairs and appointments with customers through outbound calls and digital means. You'll also be supporting our internal customers by booking in Home Checks as well as raising and booking in repairs with customers identified by our Community Specialists.
We're looking for an administrator to support our busy Contact Centre by engaging with our customers through digital means such as web chats and emails, raising repairs, serving internal customers as well as covering reception.
You'll be taking ownership and responsibility to resolve all types of enquiries at first point of contact, via our live web chat, emails and managing our main reception and diagnosing repairs with customers; and raising the relevant works for these to be resolved with our contractors.
