Job Description
  • Providing administrative support to the fitness testing regime (inc loaded marches and similar, and fitness testing).
  • General office administration tasks.
  • Reporting faults in the Gym to the building custodian.
  • With appropriate training and guidance, assisting with associated non-public fund accounting.
  • Assisting with other Sports Facilities Section tasks as required
  • Undertake any training required, including any reasonable requirement from the customer e.g. Defense Information Management Policy.
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably delegated by senior management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Familiarity with the MS Office package
  • General administrative experience
  • You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
