Job Description
The core function of the production Administrator role is to support the Production Manager in the processing of new orders placed by the customer, and to create reports based on internal KPI’s to help monitor and improve the efficiency.
This role will involve:
- Extensive use of my client’s CRM system (training will be provided)
- Printing job cards and sourcing lists
- Adding jobs to manufacturing planner
- Maintaining the customer delivery schedule
- Notifying the customer or appropriate Account Manager of any deviations from the agreed delivery date
- Checking returned job cards are completed with all relevant information
- Printing delivery notes
- Printing Courier paperwork and organizing collections
- Collate reports on defined internal KPI’s on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Taking minutes of key meetings
- Supporting the Production Manager, Operations Manager and Directors in any other key areas
