Job Description
  • Assist the Senior Management Accountant in the production of the monthly management accounts for the division
  • Work closely with the Production Management team to ensure that TV productions are accounted for correctly on a monthly basis
  • Assist in the preparation of the month end journals, accruals, prepayments and recoveries.
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure customer billing is up to date and in line with contractual agreements/milestones.
  • Maintain the TV royalty schedule with incoming revenue statements
  • Reconcile weekly/monthly sales commissions
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly VAT returns

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in TV production, if not they will have a basic understanding of accruals, prepayments and debits/credits. They will also have intermediate Excel and very strong attention for detail.
