Job Description
- Managing the day to day reporting and administration support processes
- Producing and distributing monthly or quarterly reports for our Clients
- Database maintenance, ensuring a high degree of accuracy
- Monitoring the cash report, seeking advice where required to resolve cases outside tolerance limits
- Processing client requests according to instructions from the Paraplanning Team relating to a variety of financial transactions.
- Carry out basic calculations for fees and reporting purposes.
- Monitoring and updating teams on any relevant system changes, communicating any changes to business stakeholders
- Assisting with research on products used within the business (e.g. investment funds, platforms)
- Issue investment updates to clients
- Preparing documents and presentations to assist the Investment committee, including agenda, minutes and coordinating follow up actions
- Maintain client contact lists
- Meeting regulatory and compliance standards
- Ensure all admin processes are carried out with a zero-error rate
