Job Description
  • Managing the day to day reporting and administration support processes
  • Producing and distributing monthly or quarterly reports for our Clients
  • Database maintenance, ensuring a high degree of accuracy
  • Monitoring the cash report, seeking advice where required to resolve cases outside tolerance limits
  • Processing client requests according to instructions from the Paraplanning Team relating to a variety of financial transactions.
  • Carry out basic calculations for fees and reporting purposes.
  • Monitoring and updating teams on any relevant system changes, communicating any changes to business stakeholders
  • Assisting with research on products used within the business (e.g. investment funds, platforms)
  • Issue investment updates to clients
  • Preparing documents and presentations to assist the Investment committee, including agenda, minutes and coordinating follow up actions
  • Maintain client contact lists
  • Meeting regulatory and compliance standards
  • Ensure all admin processes are carried out with a zero-error rate

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Our ideal applicant will have previous administration experience, ideally within a financial/professional services organization, although we are open to considering applications from applicants outside the sector but have a passion for the industry.

You will be the sort of individual that always provides exceptional customer service, is highly organized and capable of paying attention to detail. Given the nature of the work the role entails it is important that you can follow step-by-step processes accurately but also meet deadlines to ensure we meet our client’s expectations.
