Your main responsibilities within this role will include ensuring systems are up to date with requisitions, delivery tickets etc. We will also require your support with Time Allocation sheets which are completed on a weekly basis. We may need your support on our reception desk from time to time and you will also be responsible for the management of meeting rooms and the Microsoft Teams functionality of these rooms. Stationary and office consumable management will be an essential part of the role which is imperative to the smooth running of the office/site. You will provide support to the Office Manager and also the project management teams when required. We will also expect you to assist with the upload of documentation to our document management systems.
