Building strong relationships with the teams
A key support to the Senior Finance Manager to help tell the company story to group and business area FP&A teams
Lead financial reviews of company through the shadow P&L, understanding and communicating benefit impacts and championing this to the business area and Group FP&A teams
Detailed understanding of each key feature, both within the loyalty scheme and the personalized journeys for the customer, understanding the financial and non-financial benefits to drive and support the communication of this to the Business Units
Work closely with the Product Management and development teams to understand the total costs derived from running the loyalty scheme, and the features being built
Working closely with the International team as company launches outside of the UK to support the team to build features maximizing value while assuring consistency of benefits definition.
Ability to understand and articulate complex benefit calculations, as well as an understanding of how key features / benefits of the loyalty scheme work
Oversight and understanding of key financial information, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
Ownership of key outputs and processes, combined with a supportive team to give on-the-job coaching

A qualified accountant
