Job Description
  • Ownership of our financials, specifically benefits, month end, forecasts, and annual Budget process, ensuring all business partners are engaged and aligned in the process
  • Building strong relationships with the teams
  • A key support to the Senior Finance Manager to help tell the company story to group and business area FP&A teams
  • Lead financial reviews of company through the shadow P&L, understanding and communicating benefit impacts and championing this to the business area and Group FP&A teams
  • Detailed understanding of each key feature, both within the loyalty scheme and the personalized journeys for the customer, understanding the financial and non-financial benefits to drive and support the communication of this to the Business Units
  • Work closely with the Product Management and development teams to understand the total costs derived from running the loyalty scheme, and the features being built
  • Working closely with the International team as company launches outside of the UK to support the team to build features maximizing value while assuring consistency of benefits definition.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex benefit calculations, as well as an understanding of how key features / benefits of the loyalty scheme work
  • Oversight and understanding of key financial information, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
  • Ownership of key outputs and processes, combined with a supportive team to give on-the-job coaching

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A qualified accountant
  • Excellent attention to detail and an inquisitive nature

  • A drive for continuous improvement: implementing or coordinating changes to processes which improve the team’s efficiency and outputs
