Job Description
- Correct accounting and maintenance of stock from the introduction of new ranges, product set up and stock movement through to discontinuation.
- Obtaining all the information required for a new range launch, including product details, measurements, weights, materials, pricing, images, carton printing, assembly instructions, test certification, and timber source data.
- Managing and maintaining product information on key customer systems and uploading/providing product information where requested.
- Updating of key customer ordering systems with product, stock and orders status information.
- Maintenance of system including product and customer data.
- Processing of bulk production orders, stock transfers, and factory invoices.
- Updating and enhancing various stock planning spreadsheets including the monthly end of line spreadsheet.
- Processing and ordering of spare parts with the factory.
- Covering container shipping and product ordering with the factory.
Candidates that apply must have previous office based Administration experience. You should be organized, with good attention to detail, pro-active and be a team player, able to communicate confidently.
