Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to work from home on a part-time, self-employed basis (approximately 10+ hrs per week). You will be responsible for:

  • Edits to our Wordpress website including addition of new pages (content will be provided)
  • Sourcing suitable images for our website from our subscription image provider
  • Adding students to our e-library and chess club
  • Adding and removing parents to our Facebook groups and Primary parent forum
  • Sending out template emails to organizations where links are being established
  • Sending out Canvas notifications to students and parents re clubs etc.
  • Sending new marketing materials to Cambridge Assessment International Education for approval
  • Assisting with tracking of Open Evenings
  • General ad-hoc admin support to the whole marketing team as required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideally familiar with Canva, Photoshop or similar (training can be provided)
  • Ideally familiar with Word press (training can be provided)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to handle a busy and varied workload
  • Experience of working as part of a small team
