Job Description

You will be joining an existing team, processing new applications and liaising with a variety of third parties.

  • Processing loan applications, working to SLAs
  • Liaising with a variety of third parties 
  • Ensuring all applications are accurate and complete before submission
  • Process applications through to legal completion in an efficient and compliant manner
  • Ensuring all supporting documentation has been provided, checking for accuracy
  • Loading and scanning client information onto the CRM system
  • Setting reviews to ensure application is processed promptly through to offer stage
  • Communicating with all parties through to completion
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date notes and commentary for compliance purposes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Well organized, coupled with an excellent eye for detail
  • A positive, self-sufficient individual with excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • The ability to work under pressure with decision making responsibilities
  • High levels of personal and professional integrity
  • Highly organized with a flexible approach to working
  • Fully understand and compliant with operational procedures, FCA requirements and SLA's
