Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within a team, you will undertake a range of responsibilities. This will include but will not be limited to; the preparation of monthly management accounts, preparing accounts to trial balance, reconciliations and general associated tasks assigned to you by the Finance Manager. You will also be involved in project responsibilities, such as systems implementation and process improvement duties. Moving forward, you may also deal with escalated issues and project work from the purchase ledger clerk and credit controller.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of preparing monthly management accounts, as well as strong systems implementation knowledge. Being part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ICAS would be an advantage as there are clear routes for progression within this role.
