Job Description
  • Provides administration support for the warehouse leaders
  • Maintains/updates packing instructions and manuals
  • Scanning and filing
  • Variety of administrative tasks – e.g. helps with simple data input into ERP system, recording work sheets, etc.
  • Inputs data for warehouse KPIs
  • Refreshes and updates work order report/schedule, follows up on information from demand planning
  • Investigate and keep record of shipping/packing discrepancies if and when needed
  • Performs a variety of administrative and coordinating tasks
  • Assists in annual stock take

Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
