Job Description

The role involves regular liaison between vetting organizations and personnel to ensure security requirements are met. Manage a spreadsheet database and ensure that annual feedback forms and clearance renewals are carried out accordingly. This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.

The post holder is required to maintain a vetting database, ensuring that appropriate security vetting forms and accounts are created for those applying for security clearance. The post holder is required to monitor all those who have security clearance on the station and initiate the re-application six months prior to the security clearance lapsing.

The post holder will also ensure that the annual security forms (SAFs) are sent to line managers for al those holding clearance annually and produce certificates (when requested), in support of Operations.

We are looking for the individual to:

  • Manage day to day office roles.
  • Line manage the E2 passes and permits clerks who operate the reception area.
  • Liaise with the RAF Police Flight
