Job Description
You will help us develop and improve our existing processes as we expand into new business areas and geographies. You will work with internal stakeholders to maintain an accurate picture of business performance, help build financial knowledge, and ensure the business is running efficiently, meeting stakeholder needs and ensuring we are able to effectively manage external clients.
Responsibilities
- Month end journals and reporting
- Assistance with management accounts preparation
- Keeping up to date reconciliations on balance sheet items
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Client invoicing, onboarding and credit control
- Maintaining the Accounts Payable function
- Review and processing of employee expenses and company card transactions
- Quarterly VAT return preparation
- Assist with annual budget and quarterly reforecasting process
- Support with monthly payroll and on-boarding new joiners for finance and benefits
